Client profile and brief

French family of four was looking to buy a house in Central London that they could first rent out and eventually move into as husband’s work was relocating them over the canal. They wanted to be located in the first zone preferably walking distance from Slone Square, Kings Road and Knightsbridge and they wanted a modernised house with a separate living area for housekeeper and visiting family members.

Outcome

Through our personal contacts and area knowledge we found a brand new redeveloped five-story family home with five bedrooms and bathrooms, two family living rooms and a separate maids’ area.  We arranged multiple viewings and managed buying process. The vendor accepted a below-asking price offer because our client was organised and able to exchange contracts quickly and ultimately we achieved price reduction of 10%.

As our client decided against letting it as a rental investment, we provided vacant property concierge service including bi-weekly indoor and outdoor cleaning, minor maintenance works and bill payments while the property was vacant for a year. We assisted our client with the relocation process to the UK.
