Family wanted to buy in a new development with services including a 24 hour concierge, parking, pool and gym. Scope of work
Buying successfully a new build property in London requires market knowledge and experience. We identified redevelopment project of iconic Battersea Power Station and more precisely Phase II, the actual power station, that was designed in the 1930s by the noted architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, and given Grade II* building status. Unique development and scarce 254 number of apartments created a challenge to be quick and efficient in the pre-launch sales process. All apartments got sold prior to the official London-only launch.
By exploring our professional contacts and network, we secured and acquired two studios on top of each other in Switch House West to be completed late 2018. One of the kind residential development will offer concierge, underground parking, extensive leisure facilities and garden areas. As our clients live abroad, they have engaged us to represent them during their phase payments and upon completion of the project be responsible of apartments contemporary furnishing and dressing.
